Have you ever wondered what it takes to be a staff at Willard Community Center and what qualifies you to be a good staff member?
 

This section is dedicated to any parents, current employees, future employees and anyone who is curious about what kind of staff development is available to Willard employees.
 

Staff is offered many trainings and in-service hours throughout their time spent at Willard.  We require all of our staff to be CPR and First Aid certified, but that is just the beginning of the work they put into making great programs.
