- Hiring part-time support staff for Willard's Before & After School Programming at Roper Elementary and Lakeview CLC. (Kindergarten through 5th Grade)
- Hiring support staff for Willard’s Early Childhood Programs in Preschool and Pre-K (3-5-year-olds)

Before & Afterschool Program at Roper Elementary
Located at 2323 Coddington Avenue
- Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM
- Monday- Friday 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM
- PLC days (Early Release) every last Tuesday of the month 1:15 PM-6:00 PM
Lakeview Community Learning Center (CLC) at Lakeview Elementary,
Located at 300 Capitol Beach Boulevard
- Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 9:00
- Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- PLC Days (Early Release) every last Tuesday of the month 2:00 PM-6:00 PM
Child care staff ensure the safety of the children enrolled in the Lakeview CLC and Roper Before and After school programs. Childcare staff must interact with and supervise children, serve snacks and help with homework. The team must have strong communications skills and work well with other Willard staff members, implement planned enrichment activities, talk with parents and work cooperatively with school personnel to guarantee the smooth operation of the licensed program.
Preschool Program:
Located at Willard Community Center at 1245 S. Folsom Street, service 3-4 Year- olds.
Pre-K Program:
Located at Willard Community Center at 1245 S. Folsom Street,, serving 4-5 year- olds.
Childcare Support Staff ensure the safety of the children enrolled in Willard's preschool program. Staff support the lead teacher by helping the children through their day-to-day routines and keeping the classroom organized and tidy. Staff must play with and supervise children, interact with and work well with other Willard staff members, assist the preschool teacher in any way necessary, rub kids' backs during nap time, talk with parents and work cooperatively with school personnel to guarantee the smooth operation of the licensed program.

Applicants must have 1-2 years of experience working with children in a childcare setting or working towards a degree in Early Childhood Development/Elementary Education, Secondary Education, or a related field.
$100.00 Hiring Bonus (Paid after 90 days of employment.)
Starting wage is $12.00 per hour.

Inservice training hours are required through Nebraska Childcare Licensing. Willard Community Center pays for all training, and employees are paid for the time spent attending the training courses.
Must pass all required background checks.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
