Registration Paperwork for Willard's Licensed Early Childhood & School-Age Programs

Willard Community Center Preschool Program (ages 3-4) Located at 1245 S. Folsom

2020-2021 Enrollment Form & Informational Flyer

Parent Information Brochure for Licensed Child Care (this needs to be read for DHHS)

*Please make sure your child's immunization records are turned in by the first day of school.

*Children must be at least 3 years old to be able to attend and must be potty trained before starting.

Willard Community Center Pre-K Program (ages 4-5) Located at 1030 West "Q" Street

Parent Information Brochure for Licensed Child Care (this needs to be read for DHHS)

*Please make sure your child's immunization records are turned in by the first day of school.

*Children must be 4 years old by July 31st to enroll in the pre-k program and must be potty trained before starting.

Roper Elementary Before & After School Program Located in the multi-purpose room at Roper 2323 S. Coddington
