Willard Board of Directors

The Willard Community Center has a group of volunteers who serve as members of the Board of Directors. The purpose of each Board Member is to serve as a voting member.  The Board provides general oversight to the Executive Director and ensures that Willard Community Center operations stays aligned with its mission and values as well as ensuring compliance with all federal,  state and not-for-profit related laws and regulations.  The Board is responsible for safeguarding the organization's assets and makes sure the Center is run in a fiscally responsible manner.  The Board along with the Executive Director is responsible for managing the strategic plan of the organization. The Board also monitors the finances, programs and performance of the organization.  The Board meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 12:00 p.m.. at the Center.
