Early Childhood Summer Paperwork:

The following paperwork needs to be completed and turned in at once to enroll.

Parent Information Brochure (This only filled out and returned if you are a new family to Willard)

2024 Preschool Summer Enrollment Packet ~This is for children 3-5 years old who will attend summer programming at Willard Community Center (1245 s. Folsom)

2024 Pre-k Summer Enrollment Packet~This is for children 3-5 years old who will attend summer programming at our site located at 1030 West 'Q' Street.

*If your child is new to the program, we also require immunization records before your child can begin care.
