Low Impact Aerobics
Monday and Thursday Evenings 5:30 to 6:30 pm
Low Impact Aerobics is for the individual that wants a workout that tones and strengthens muscles. Rogene Cihal leads a low impact aerobic workout for 30 minutes, an upper body workout with weights for 15 minutes and floor exercises for the last 15 minutes. You will leave feeling stronger and full of energy.
Fees for the class are $2.00 per session. Everyone is welcome to attend. Your first class is free. Classes are held on second floor in the south room.
